Hopping Law Group, PC filed suit against Wells Fargo as Trustee for a mortgage backed security alleging that the Trust holding their client’s mortgage was not secured and violated the Texas Debt Collection Practices Act by not following the provisions in the pooling and servicing agreement for the trust and by filing false documents with the court in support of their attempted foreclosure.
